Perks And Benefits:
- Competitive Pay $29 - $35per hour DOE
- Day Shift M-F 7am - 4:45pm
- Relocation assistants available
- No cost full benefits after 90 days of employment
- Potential to advance into a Superintendent role (Company strives to promote internally)
- Performance based bonuses
- Leading a crew of up to 6 Concrete Carpenters
- Operating a Telehandler
- Pulling Layout and operating a SPS 930 total station
- Oversight of safety and OSHA standards - Experience with OSHA is a huge + and commercial/industrial concrete project management
- Abilityto manage and set project schedules effectively
- Experience with concrete carpentry
- Experienced running crew meetings and daily kick-off meetings
- Ability to delegate projects and manage tight deadlines
- Experience using Spectrum PTE for time card entry and delivering daily production reports to the Superintendent
- Valid drivers license
