Program Implementation & Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Oversee the work of cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and accountability. Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively escalate issues to senior management.
