Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Account Coordinator at our Helena, MT offices. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of multiple agency projects and teams to ensure that delivery is on time and on budget and that the client is happy with the results. Responsibilities will also include office coordination and support tasks.


Account Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Project Management Support: Assist with scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining timelines for ongoing client work.
  2. Task Organization: Manage and input tasks in the agency's project management software.
  3. Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet standards.
  4. Proofreading and Content Review: Proofread content, including website materials, and look for outdated information to ensure that all client communication is accurate and up to date.
  5. Research and Strategy Preparation: Conduct background research on industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Meeting Coordination and Notes: Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, and publish meeting notes to ensure alignment on next steps and responsibilities.
  7. Hours Report Compilation: Pull and compile hours worked on projects, help review invoices and budgets.
  8. Office Management Support: Open and close the office, coordinate maintenance needs and office supply restocks, sort mail, prepare for on-site meetings, etc.


Qualifications:

· Project management expertise

· Logistics management proficiency

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field or relative experience
