The purpose of this position is to support third-party data center (3 PDC) projects for CBREs clients, and provide technical guidance and input. The Senior Data Center Mechanical Engineer (3 PDC) will be primarily responsible for supporting Senior Engineers across the program with documentation updates during technical due diligence for new and existing facilities. The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of electrical power systems, security, civil, structural, architectural, and other relevant disciplines. 25% travel anticipated - - What youll do - - Review and assist in the evaluation of third-party data center sites, ensuring technical compliance and adherence to standards.
