The Montana Department of Revenue administers approximately 40 state taxes, property appraisals, alcohol beverage laws, cannabis laws, and unclaimed property for the state of Montana. The Property Assessment Division manages Montana's property assessment and valuation of all taxable property for property tax purposes. DUTIES Job Overview: This position resides in theProperty Assessment DivisionofDepartment of Revenue. The Administrative Support Specialist provides key administrative and office coordination support to the Property Tax Assessment Division (PAD). This includes managing records, generating reports, and offering specialized support services as directed. The position supports division management and staff while ensuring smooth office operations.
