Advises employees and supervisors on employment and personnel issues including discipline, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), employee grievances, and discrimination complaints. Draft correspondence and provide guidance to District Court Judges and other Branch supervisors regarding employee disciplinary matters. Assists in developing and administering procedures for the employment and use of court reporters in the District Courts.
