Immediate opening for a Day Custodian for Smith Elementary School At Helena Public schools, our vision is to foster dynamic educational experiences that prepare all students for life. As the Day Custodian at Smith Elementary School you contribute to this mission by keeping the building and grounds in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interuptions to the education program. You will work as part of a team of 70 custodians serving 8,000 students and 18 campuses across Helena. Some of what you will do: Cleans and preserves designated spaces, equipment etc. in the building. Restocks disposable items and provides day maintenance person with inventory usage and data. Performs ongoing preventative maintenance and minor repair on plumbing, custodial equipment, building structure and hardware. Performs minor electrical maintenance and repairs.
