Night (Q) Shift ~ Mon - Thurs, 6:00pm - 4:30amPay Rate: $27.00 p/jr + $0.75 shift differential Purpose: Supports the operations team by conducting process training on all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and by implementing and serving as an example of safe work practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training on all operations process paths for team members as necessaryWork with manager to implement and enforce all OSHA standards, as well as, warehouse rules/regulations especially those related to powered industrial trucks (PIT)Train and certify all personnel on the safe operation of equipment, including PITPartner with on-the-floor trainers to maintain the consistency and spirit of process trainingConduct train-the-trainer sessions and remediation training as neededFacilitate courses and/or learning sessions for all associates and leadership as neededAdministrative tasks as needed: printing and organizing learning materials, tracking training sign-offs, etcConduct observation sessions and report resultsMaintain visibility on the operations floor to maintain process knowledge and identify gaps in skills, training approach, etcInstruct, examine and issue certificationsSupport the creation and implementation of SOPs and One Point LessonsAbility to develop and share best practicesPerform other duties as assigned Key Relationships: Training ManagerOperations supervisors and managersOperations associatesLean Six Sigma teamIndustrial Engineering teamHuman Resources/Talent Acquisition Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Fluent in English, both oral and written.
