We're seeking an experienced Controls Installation Manager to lead field operations and drive excellence in BAS/HVAC controls installation across diverse commercial and institutional projects.Location: Great Falls, Helena, or Bozeman, MTWhat You'll Do: As the Controls Installation Manager, you'll be the field leader responsible for managing our installation crews and ensuring our projects are delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll serve as the bridge between the field and the office-working closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to bring intelligent buildings to life.Responsibilities: Lead the Teamo Supervise, support, and coach BAS Installerso Enforce safety standards and maintain job site qualityo Provide training and mentorship to grow the next generation of controls talent Oversee Field Executiono Manage installation schedules and resource allocationo Ensure adherence to system designs and control schematicso Partner with PMs and Commissioning teams for smooth project turnover Plan Resources & Forecast Laboro Assign manpower based on upcoming projects and timelineso Coordinate tools and equipment needs in advance Maintain Installation Qualityo Conduct regular jobsite inspectionso Troubleshoot field issues and coordinate resolutions Own On-Site Communicationo Act as the point person for contractors, subs, and clientso Address questions, track progress, and resolve conflicts quickly Document and Reporto Keep daily job logs, track field activity, and maintain milestone updateso Share field performance insights with leadershipRequirements: 5+ years of experience in BAS/HVAC controls installation, with at least 2 years leading teams Hands-on experience with systems like Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium, Johnson Controls, or similar Strong grasp of HVAC/mechanical systems, electrical wiring practices, and reading control diagrams Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 10/30 certification preferredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
