Phlebotomist Team Member

Description:

Are you a dedicated Phlebotomist looking to make a difference? Join our team and partner with us to provide essential health services to our Military Service members. This is an exciting opportunity to work primarily on weekends, with some occasional weekdays, as needed. Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we deliver health readiness services that are vital to maintaining a deployable military force, including:

  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform phlebotomy and blood draws
  • Administer immunizations
  • Conduct EKGs
  • Take manual vitals and perform vision checks

Requirements:

  • Valid Phlebotomy Certification - required
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience - preferred
  • A passionate, friendly, and caring demeanor
  • Proficient in utilizing universal precautions for patient care
  • Experience with military personnel - preferred
  • Experience in mobile medical services - preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Weekend availability is a must
