The Montana Department of Transportation is recruiting for an Auditor. Responsible for conducting performance, compliance and financial audits and other engagements. Complete special projects and investigations in compliance with applicable standards. Perform planning, field work, and report results to MDT administrators and program managers, consultants, contractors, grant recipients, and taxpayers. Reports to an Audit Manager. Minimum Qualifications:
Auditor 1: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field. 1 year of audit experience; management of contracts, projects, or programs; or related experience.
Auditor 2: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field. 2 years of audit or related experience, with 1 year directly related to GAGAS and/or IFTA/IRP auditing.
