This position is the first point of contact for assisting customers with Medically Needy and Workers with Disabilities Cost Share payments by telephone and in person for the Business and Financial Services Division. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: handling daily call operations and ensuring customer needs are fully resolved, maintaining customer records and financial accounts by processing customer payment and adjustments, assisting walk-in customers related to payment processing and other account services, and processing mail and conducting research and account analysis.
