Your Mission

As our F&B Server, you'll be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders with confidence and delivering service that makes every visitor feel like a VIP.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve dishes and drinks in line with brand standards
• Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest requests, questions and feedback with a positive attitude
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a great working atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar guest-facing role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• A guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• A positive attitude, attention to detail and the Hard Rock spirit
