What You'll Bring

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or engineering.
• 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to conduct field work assignments.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain flexibility and collaborate in dynamic environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform fieldwork.
• Driver's license required. Position requires a valid driver's license and/or ability to operate company vehicle due to frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• 40‑hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork: sampling, drilling, well installation, remedial pilot tests, construction oversight, and system operation/maintenance.
• Perform groundwater sampling and monitoring.
• Compile and analyze environmental data (soil, groundwater, air, sediment) and create clear, insightful figures.
• Support remediation system design and installation.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Assist with Phase I and II environmental site assessments for property transactions.
• Maintain quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders during field activities.
