We're seeking Customer Advocate to work in a temporary to hire opportunity with a Top Healthcare Client in Helena, Montana. The Customer Advocate will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.

$20.00 per hour

• 16 weeks of training
• Position is fully onsite during training
• Transition to block schedule: 2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office

Equipment Requirements: Candidates must have their own equipment to work from home, including a monitor. Otherwise, they will need to work fully onsite.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• Experience in provider outreach and making decisions
• Ability to respond quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
