The Community Corrections Facilities and Programs Bureau, The Victim Services Bureau and The Quality Assurance & Evidence Based Programs Section play an integral role in shaping the way we deliver structure and accountability while supporting success for residents returning to their community. The Administrative Assistant position will be working with the Community Corrections Facilities & Programs Bureau, The Victim Services Bureau, and The Quality Assurance & Evidence-based Programs Section. The duties include but are not limited to:

• Routing of offender placement documents, entering OMIS data and uploading documents.
• Manage correspondence from offenders and the general public.
• Manage distribution of offender escape notices, staff travel arrangements, training schedules and preparations.
• Greet visitors, answer telephones and give information to callers, and manage shared email accounts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• One year of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
