Job Title: Nursery Landscape Worker

Pay: $17 per hour to start

Hours: Full-time

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Nursery Landscape Worker to join our team in Helena, MT. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining a variety of cold-hardy trees, shrubs, vines, perennials, and grasses.
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment.
• Ensuring the nursery and work areas are clean and organized.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with plant selection and care advice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a passion for plants and gardening.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
