THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Recruiter supporting our Restaurant Support Centers (RSC), you'll play a key role in shaping the teams that drive our business forward. You'll partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—deeply understanding their needs, aligning on talent strategy, and delivering exceptional candidates who elevate our culture. This role is equal parts strategy and execution: building strong pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and contributing to a best-in-class employer brand.WHAT YOU'LL DOAct as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners—aligning on business goals, role requirements, and success profiles to drive effective hiring strategiesOwn full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and stakeholdersProactively source and build pipelines using a mix of tools, platforms, and creative strategies to attract top talent and meet current and future hiring needsAssess talent thoughtfully, conducting initial screens to evaluate skills, leadership behaviors, and culture add—not just culture fitDrive an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, efficient coordination, and a thoughtful, engaging processLead interview logistics and collaboration, including scheduling, facilitating feedback, and guiding hiring teams toward informed, timely decisionsUse data and insights to track progress, identify gaps, and continuously improve recruiting strategies and outcomesHelp support talent programs such as internships and university partnershipsLeverage recruiting technology (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, etc.) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the hiring lifecycleWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLEHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or staffing firm environmentStrong sourcing skills and proficiency with best in class recruiting tools and platformsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsA data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionPassion for delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiencePAY TRANSPARENCYA reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,000.00–$106,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
