Your responsibilities include utilizing our unique platform and your network to locate potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to introduce candidates to opportunities with MLR and assess their interests, coordinating interviews between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations, sustaining engagement with leads to bolster the hiring experience, keeping precise and current documentation in our applicant tracking system, and earning commission based on the meetings you set up, interviews that follow, and hires made from your leads.

Essential qualities for success include excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-sufficient mindset, a passion for outreach, networking, and helping individuals take meaningful steps in their careers, and recruiting experience is not a prerequisiteif you show organization and resourcefulness, we will equip you with the skills needed.
