A company is looking for a Provider Performance/Analytics Program Manager to support and lead enterprise-level programs aimed at improving provider quality performance and patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance through improved operationsDevelop strategies for improvement and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignmentManage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, resource management, and executionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program managementPreferred experience in managed care or prescription benefit managementExperience in provider performance and analytics-driven program management and reporting is highly preferredFamiliarity with data integrations or EHR-enabled performance reporting is highly preferred
