This is a temporary skilled position involving the support of operations personnel in safely providing materials. It will consist primarily of conducting industrial health sampling at multiple locations in Montana. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Conduct Industrial Health Sampling to evaluate worker potential exposure to noise and irrespirable silica. Support employees in safely providing the preferred source to customers. Knowledgeable/ Familiar with MSHA/ OSHA standards. Conduct on site safety inspections and incident investigations. Provide detailed reports and assistance to operations supervisors. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring new employees are equipped with necessary resources and training. Coordinate and deliver safety training programs aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
