Responsible for ensuring all goals and objectives of the Maintenance Department are achieved in a timely, cost-effective and quality-oriented manner. Must be adept at managing budgets, leading and developing maintenance staff into a strong performing team and possess the ability to complete a variety of maintenance tasks.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all maintenance team members are properly qualified and trained for their various assignments.Detect needed repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment by following established inspection procedures.Provide hands‑on repairs in most maintenance disciplines and assist other maintenance staff with related tasks such as general painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, concrete, heating, welding, roofing, landscaping and the care and maintenance of all restroom facilities.Perform assigned maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings, associated facilities, furnishings and equipment.RequirementsPossess upbeat and professional verbal and written communication skills.Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules.Must represent the Company and Park in a professional manner by wearing a company uniform, name badge, etc.Must be able to lift up to 25–30 pounds occasionally.Understand basic math.Must be able to bend, twist, squat and stand on feet for up to 8–10 hours per day.Education and ExperienceEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum one‑two (1‑2) years customer service experience.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
