PureView Health Center has career opportunities for a Full-time, Clinical Administrative Assistant. Thisopportunity, located in Helena, Montana is within the Administrative department and reports to the Quality Improvement Director.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities of this career opportunity includes performing general office clerical and administrative support task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains, tracks and updates patient labs, diagnostic imaging and consultation reports in electronic medical record (eCW)
• Reviews incoming patient medical documents for accuracy
• Scans new and incoming medical records into eCW
• Tracks patient visits and maintains referral and standards of care alert spreadsheets
• Responds to inquiries and questions from patients and medical facilities
• Manages and protects information to patients, medical providers, law offices and Federal and State entities per release of information provided in accordance with HIPPA and Hitech Act laws and guidelines
• Filing duties
• Drafting correspondence
• Preparing monthly reports

• A combination of education and experience equivalent to high school diploma and two (2) years of experience as a Medical Assistant, Administrative Medical Assistant, or similar

• A two (2) year degree in Medical Office Technology, Accounting, Medical Assistant Certification or similar job-related areas preferred
